ING has been named ‘Best Employer of the Year’ many times
and consistently ranks highly in employment surveys
The independent research agency Corporate Research Foundation (CRF)
has awarded us the title of ‘Best Employer’ several times and we
regularly achieve a high position in similar kinds of ‘Top 10
Employer’ lists.
ING – a great place to work
Each year,
CRF assesses and ranks a large number of companies on the following
five points: salaries and benefits, training and development,
internal promotion prospects, atmosphere and facilities at work,
and the company culture. In the most recent survey in 2009, ING was
named joint winner as ‘Best Employer’, sharing this top position
with 3 other companies who all achieved exactly the same
score.

ING
achieved the eighth position in the top 100 ranking of ‘Best
Employers to Work for in Finance’ published in May 2009.
Other nominations and awards
ING was
named as one of the best three employers in the Dutch IT sector by
Corporate Research Foundation in September 2008.
Students
voted ING the best company to work for in the financial sector in
the survey known as the ‘Intermediair Ebbinge Imago Onderzoek’
published in October 2008.
The only
Dutch brand name in the entire list, ING made it into the BrandZ
Top 100 ranking of the world’s most powerful brands compiled by the
market research company Millward Brown Optimo.
Business
Week recently recognised ING as one of the world’s most innovative
companies.
